7. Payment Terms

In no event shall Innerlifeporch’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for using the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, the liability of Innerlifeporch shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Termination

Innerlifeporch may terminate or suspend your access to the services immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or if we believe you are engaging in any conduct that violates applicable law or is harmful to other users or Innerlifeporch.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for any reason, including but not limited to inactivity or failure to comply with these Terms.
